Driver’s License (Required by State)

Must be a valid, unexpired driver license issued by a U.S. state or territory.

• All information must be legible, including full legal name, date of birth, and a clear photo.
• License must be signed by the holder and not visibly altered, damaged, or tampered with.
• Suspended, revoked, or canceled licenses are not accepted.
• Digital or mobile driver’s licenses are not accepted. Upload a physical license image.
• Temporary licenses or IDs must clearly state validity and expiration date and must not be expired.
• Must reflect current legal name and residential address. Updates should be reflected or officially documented.
• Licenses in vertical format, often issued to those under 21, must display “UNDER 21” and be valid.
• Class and endorsements must match the applicant’s vehicle type, if applicable (e.g., CDL).
• REAL ID compliant or Standard licenses are acceptable for identity verification purposes.
